Water Rate Increase

All Blackland WSC members will see new rates on their April bill.  This due to North Texas Municipal Water District and the City of Rockwall rate increase.  The BWSC Board will discuss and vote on approval on February 29th meeting.  The new rates will be posted online after board approval.
